This is a true dessert in a cup. The natural process used after harvesting gives it its sweetness and unique aromatic palette. It is grown on the slopes of the still-active Izalco volcano.
This is a coffee that we recommend with all extraction methods, even if it works really well in espresso with this beautiful roundness we will also love it in soft methods like V60 or Chemex. It's a great coffee!
