Ethiopia is the motherland of coffee . Every variety in the world is derived from those that grow on these highlands. This coffee, grown in the middle of the forest, is a true taste bomb and will introduce you to the inimitable taste of the Ethiopian terroir.
This is a coffee that we recommend with all extraction methods; the aromatic notes are so varied that it's worth having fun with. It's a great coffee!
